Testimonials

Over the past two years Sally Ann has worked in partnership with the Early Years Team at Rutland County Council to deliver two programmes of training and support to help Early Years Practitioners in the County to further improve the quality of their provision for Babies and young children. Both training programmes ‘The Baby Room’ and ‘Beyond the Baby room’ have had an enormous impact in supporting practitioners theoretical knowledge of how a baby’s brain develops and the environment needed to support that development and the positive impact this has on every child.

Sally Ann also delivered two further training sessions for Early Years managers and Childminders focussing on the ‘Terrific Twos’. She is a highly motivational, confident speaker, keeping the participants completely engaged, inspired and rushing to implement the ideas she has shared in their settings.

Sally Ann’s training is well prepared in meeting the diverse needs of the practitioners attending. There is clear evidence of how her passion, enthusiasm and knowledge cascades to all who attend her training courses, spreading her message of how truly amazing babies are!

Our thanks go to Sally Ann for the inspiration and passion she has given us and the positive impact her training and support has had on raising the quality of provision for Rutland’s baby’s and the youngest children. quotation_marks_close

Sally Ann’s work as Protective Behaviours trainer within the Pre School Teaching team,  Northants County Council, has been invaluable in shaping practice for early years practitioners across the county. She has worked by herself, as well as collegiately with other trainers, to provide a great number of day 1&2 courses, plus follow up developmental sessions.

She models the approach herself in her general professional behaviours as well as her direct work with practitioners, children and families. Her preparation, communication and delivery skills are all of an exceptional standard, with the outcome of the training consistently very positive. Sessions are well run and professional, but with a very friendly and fun/entertaining slant to them. In fact, feedback from some participants suggests that the course itself has been life changing.

I would highly recommend Sally Ann to anyone considering participating in this training and implementing it in their practice. quotation_marks_close
